The foundation was closed when it was going to be audited. Why would they do that? As Secretary of State there was the accusation of influence for sale with donations to the foundation. This was part of what the audit was going to look at. Keep in mind there were 2 seperate foundations. The more public one is legitimate while the other one that is closed is very questionable.
